We provide a robust support package that includes regular clinical supervision, dedicated CPD days, and additional specialist training to ensure you feel confident and supported as you grow.
Furthermore, we follow BPS guidance for interviewing those transitioning into consultant-level posts and are happy to facilitate this process to ensure a robust and supportive approach to career progression. We welcome discussions from clinicians ready to make the jump to Consultant immediately, as well as those looking to join us in their current banded role with a view to transitioning once fully embedded within the team.
We therefore welcome applications from a wide range of clinicians, from experienced Band 7 psychologists in neuropsychology and neurorehabilitation looking to transition into a Band 8A role, to established Consultant Clinical Psychologists and Neuropsychologists who are already specialists in the field.
