Dr Tara A Rado

Dr Rado has over twenty years of experience working in neurorehabilitation with clients with traumatic brain injuries across the NHS and private medicolegal sectors. She worked in a number of renowned neurological care settings, including Kings College Hospital, London and South London and Maudsley NHS Trust, before taking a position as Head of Neuropsychology at the Blackheath Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre.
Dr Rado founded Psychologia Ltd with the goal of providing specialist holistic neuropsychological rehabilitation.
Dr Rado leads on highly complex case work within the service. She particularly enjoys working with clients alongside wider family and support systems. Her experience, knowledge and holistic compassionate approach have led to excellent outcomes for clients and are highly complimented by the multidisciplinary teams in which she works.

Dr Charlotte A L Mawbey

Dr Mawbey has over fifteen years of experience working with clients with neurological conditions and brain injuries. She has worked at a number of renowned institutes including the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery and Great Ormond Street Hospital, as well as leading the provision of community and inpatient Neuropsychology services for two large London boroughs in her role at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital.
As Clinical Director, Dr Mawbey is responsible for clinical service provision, as well as managing a clinical caseload of complex presentations, including clients with traumatic brain injury and comorbidities including stroke, FND, dementia and non-epileptic and epileptic seizures. She also leads the Mild Head Injury Clinic, providing specialist rehabilitation of concussion-related conditions, and the Neurological Conditions Clinic, which offers psychological assessment and therapies to clients with a wide range of acquired and degenerative neurological conditions.

Dr Annabel Broyd

Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist
Dr Broyd is an experienced clinician with expertise in diagnostic assessment, neurorehabilitation and support for clients and families with wide-ranging neuropsychological presentations. She has experience working across inpatient, outpatient and community-based settings and is passionate about working with clients and their families.
Dr Broyd's clinical approach is compassionate, holistic, meaningful, person-centred and value-driven. She draws on an eclectic range of evidence-based approaches including systemic, narrative, positive psychology, mindfulness-based, compassion-focused and acceptance and commitment therapies.
Dr Broyd leads the Psychological Trauma Service and has a specialist interest in adapting psychological therapies to be accessible and effective for clients with acquired brain injuries.
Dr Samantha Carter-Allison

Dr Carter-Allison has ten years experience working in neurorehabilitation within NHS, third sector and medicolegal settings. She provides personalised rehabilitation programmes to support people in their recovery and management of neurological conditions.
Dr Carter-Allison is commended for her clinical work on complex cases involving challenging behaviour following brain injuries, including her attention to detail and focus on assessing and collating behavioural evidence to inform bespoke neuropsychological interventions.
Dr Carter-Allison has an interest in delivering therapeutically-informed and robust application of the Mental Capacity Act, co-leading our Mental Capacity Assessment Service. She also leads our Functional Neurological Disorder Service.
In addition to her current role in Psychologia Ltd, she holds a Lead Psychologist role at a large Bariatric Surgery service, which offers her an additional unique skill set in managing clinical health challenges such as obesity.

Dr Tina S Cohen

Dr Cohen is a highly experienced Clinical Neuropsychologist and Fellow of Advanced Higher Education. She has a broad range of experience working across inpatient and community settings with clients with neurological conditions and brain injuries.
Dr Cohen is a compassionate therapist who draws on a varied cultural heritage and is particularly interested in supporting individuals and families to find new meaning after traumatic brain injury.
Dr Cohen is adept at working with complex presentations and with clients who may have particularly challenging social or familial circumstances. She advocates for clients and their families, whilst supporting case manager and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and integrated neurorehabilitation,
A skilled and popular clinician, Dr Cohen also leads the Psychologia Ltd Adult Autism Spectrum Condition Diagnostic Service.
Dr Linda Crawford

Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist
Dr. Crawford is an experienced Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist with over a decade of post-qualification experience. Her academic credentials include a BA in Psychology, an MSc in Cognitive Neuropsychology, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with ongoing studies towards the Qualification in Clinical Neuropsychology.
Specializing in traumatic and acquired brain injuries, Dr. Crawford is recognized for her empathetic and expert approach, particularly with complex cases.
She has a specific focus on stroke rehabilitation and is the Vice Chair of the UK and Ireland Neuropsychology Group. She also contributes to the East of England Stroke Rehabilitation Advisory Group and Stroke Forum Steering Group, making her uniquely qualified to address complex stroke presentations, including those secondary to traumatic brain injury.

Dr Matthew J Mayhew

Dr. Mayhew is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist specializing in Clinical Neuropsychology. He holds a PhD in Addiction Neuropsychology, a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Neuropsychology.
He has extensive experience in outpatient and inpatient settings, providing neuropsychological assessments and consultations. His expertise lies in creating detailed cognitive profiles to guide personalized rehabilitation for patients with neurological conditions.
Dr. Mayhew employs innovative approaches to address cognitive and emotional difficulties, facilitating neurorehabilitation and recovery.
Dr Mayhew has a specialist interest in the diagnosis and management of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and leads the Psychologia Adult ADHD Service.

Dr Danielle McLymont

Dr. McLymont is a Chartered Consultant Paediatric Neuropsychologist with extensive qualifications, including a BSc, MSc, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
She has ten years of experience in paediatric clinical psychology and has held senior roles in Hampshire, specializing in neurological and neurodevelopmental conditions, and recently served as Clinical Lead in Paediatric Psychology.
Dr McLymont specialises in delivering assessments and interventions for young people with acquired brain injuries. She works with infants to young adults up to age 25, addressing cognitive, emotional, behavioural, and educational needs, focusing on person-centered goals. Her expertise spans mental health, neuropsychological assessments, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Dr Amy Murphy

Dr Murphy is an experienced Clinical Neuropsychologist, who has spent her career supporting clients with neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries.
Dr Murphy has expertise in working with clients with traumatic brain injury in community-based neurorehabilitation settings, supporting clients to achieve their goals, through person-centred, adapted and tailored psychological interventions.
Dr Murphy has a specialist interest in working with clients to provide assessment and support in the context of vocational rehabilitation / return to work and education following traumatic brain injury. She currently leads the Psychologia WorkWise Vocational Rehabilitation Service.

Dr Olivia G Pounds

Highly Specialist Clinical Neuropsychologist
Dr Pounds is a Highly Specialist Clinical Neuropsychologist. Since receiving her doctorate, Dr Pounds has worked at the UK's largest dedicated neurological hospitals, the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (NHNN) contributing to various specialist clinics including neurosurgery, traumatic brain injury, HIV, dementia and stroke. She also has specialist experience in working with neurodevelopmental disorders, older adults and eating disorders.
Dr Pounds provides a holistic approach to neurorehabilitation and psychological intervention, with a focus on a compassionate approache to support clients and families.
Dr Pounds hold a specialist interest in improving clinical pathways for those with Functional Neurological Disorder and co-leads Psychologia Ltd FND Service.

Ms Silvia Bucciarelli

Highly Specialist Clinical Neuropsychologist
Ms Buccierelli is a Chartered Clinical Neuropsychologist. She has completed two Master's degrees from the University of Padua (Neuroscience and Neuropsychological Rehabilitation) and he Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Rome (Clinical Neuropsychology and Clinical Neuroscience), as well as holding a Specialisation in Neuropsychology and Psychotherapy at the University of Milan-Bicocca.
Ms Buccierelli uses a tailored, person-centred approach to delivering psychotherapeutic interventions for a range of psychological conditions including low mood, anxiety and adjustment difficulties, following a neurological diagnosis or traumatic brain injury.

Ms Liviana Rado

Miss Rado works alongside our Clinical Psychologists and Neuropsychologists to provide support in the delivering of neuropsychological assessment and rehabilitation.
Miss Rado supports the running of neuropsychological services at Psychologia through assisting with service development, collecting outcome measures and behavioural monitoring to support clients in their rehabilitation and monitoring goal achievements and in applying neuropsychological principles and supporting clients, families and care/support systems through direct neuropsychological interventions.

Luca Rado
Psychologia Director
After many years of working in financial institutions, Mr Rado now oversees operations at Psychologia Ltd and supports with accounts, billing and client relations.
Mr Rado also founded The Live In Care Company in January 2017, with the aim of providing clients with the best care experience possible while remaining at home.
The Live In Care Company is now recognised as one of the go-to Live In Care specialists for families and case managers across the UK.
